All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Carriers
No Slack Gear ships orders using reputable national and international carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking details will be provided via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. No Slack Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
No Slack Gear is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Items
